Treatsie is a fun new way to experience gourmet chocolate and candy from artisan confectioners across the country. Delivered to your door monthly, Treatsie surprises you each month you a new assortment of goodies.
Getting Started:
To review Treatsie I ordered a subscription and have been using the service for the past two months. Creating a subscription is very easy as the website design is very intuitive and well designed. Checkout only takes one page and is very streamlined.
My first box was delivered to me 4 days after it was shipped USPS First Class mail from Arkansas. During the hot summer months orders are sent with radiant cool packs to keep your treats from melting.
Included in the neatly packed box was a selection from three different companies. Below are my reviews:
Peanut Butter Bites and Bling Blings from Hot Cakes Molten Chocolate Cakery:
The bites were my least favorite they had a rather sandy texture. The Bling Bling was was very moist and tasty.
Chocolates for Wine Pairing by Brix:
Packed in a little fancy bag, 4 miniature chocolates were included that each were designed to complement different wine varietals. The pieces were rather small but tasted wonderful.
Lemon Sugar Cookies from Grey Ghost Bakery:
These cookies were soft and had a nice sweet taste reminiscent of lemon meringue pie.

How to cancel Treatsie subscription:
Unfortunately there is a not an option to cancel your account on your user dashboard. You have to email customer service and ask to have your account closed. My account was closed very quickly after I sent a cancellation request.
Customer Service:
I was very impressed with the customer service of Treatsie. I sent a couple of emails to test response time during normal business hours. I received helpful courteous replies within minutes!! That is right the longest I had to wait for an email reply was 10 minutes! Amazing.
Ordering Options:
If you find something that you love in one of your boxes you can order it separately from your subscription. No matter how many items you order there is a flat $5 shipping fee.
Summary:
Overall I was quite impressed with Treatsie. The amount of candy that you get is relatively small, but the quality is high and you get to experience gourmet treats from bakeries and confectioners all across the United States. Customer service for Treatsie is amazing and a subscription would also make a nice gift. Enjoy!
