There is no phone number available on the site. I feel this important to have so customers can quickly have questions answered.
Auto-Renewals – 10/10
Auto-renewals automatically charge your credit card when your subscription ends, tacking on another year to your subscription. This is not needed and I think it hurts the consumer. DiscountMags.com DOES NOT use auto-renewals and clearly states that on the site.
Customer Service – 10/10
A contact form was easy to find and very user friendly. I sent a test question to the support team and received a nice reply in 6 hours. This was very quick compared to other magazine sites that were tested.
Selection – 9/10
I added up how many magazines were available for sale and came up with 1,935. Compared to other magazine sites they have a very large selection. DiscountMags.com carries many obscure magazines along with the popular titles.
FAQ – 10/10
A “Frequently Asked Questions” page is readily available and very helpful. A lot of common questions are answered.
Privacy Policy – 10/10
Privacy of your information is very important when ordering online. One thing I checked for on the magazine sites I reviewed was a privacy policy that states how your information is collected and protected. DiscountMags.com ranks high with its quality policy.
Website Design – 10/10
DiscountMags.com has a very nice fresh look that is very easy to navigate. The shopping cart is well designed with necessary information readily available. The express shopping cart is also a nice feature.
TIP: Keep an eye out for special deals when you add certain magazines to your cart.

Just read your review for DiscountMags.com. I ordered a magazine on 9/22/16 and have as yet to receive any issue. I cannot get a hold of them. When I hit the contact on their website, nothing happens. I understand and am frustrated that they do not have a phone number. Do you have a customer service email address for this company?
