Customer support is an important component of any e-commerce company, and when I review a company I like to test their support team. I sent an email with a question on a weekday afternoon. I received a courteous response in 30 minutes!
Response time of under a day is what a company should shoot for, under an hour is amazing!
Site Design:
CandyClub.com is a beautifully designed site that uses blue and pink colors that really pop. Everything is bold and bright, and the sharp pictures really make me want to get some candy!
Checking out is a very simple process that is all available on one page. Start by entering where you want your subscription sent and if it is a gift. Next enter billing information, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover are accepted. Finally, review and complete your order.

Product Selection:
Ok, so you are probably wondering, what is usually in a shipment from Candy Club.
