There is a toll-free phone number available to call however it is not prominently listed on the site, this knocks down the score one point.
Auto-Renewals – 10/10
Auto-renewals automatically charge your credit card when your subscription ends, adding on another year to your subscription. This is not needed and I believe it is not good for the consumer. BestDealMagazines DOES NOT use auto-renewals and clearly mention that on their site.
Customer Service – 9/10
A customer support email was easy to find on the site. I sent a test question to all the magazine sites that I reviewed. BestDealMagazines responded with a friendly reply within 12 hours, quite fast compared to other sites.
Selection – 7/10
I added up the number of current titles available to purchase and found 681. This number may fluctuate up and down over the course time but will generally be around that number. In relation to other magazine sites, 681 titles are fairly average. Most popular titles are available.
FAQ – 10/10
A “Frequently Asked Questions” page is easily found and very helpful. A lot of common questions that you may have are answered on this page.
Privacy Policy – 10/10
The privacy of your information is highly important when ordering online. One thing I check for on each magazine site I review was a privacy policy that states how your information is collected and protected. BestDealMagazines.com has a quality policy and ranks quite well.

Although easy to navigate and read, BestDealMagazines.com’s website has a slightly outdated feel to it. Some of the design elements are showing their age, and the shopping cart is not as streamlined as some of the other magazine sites.
